a mixed experience at the hotel
street activityinadequate soundproofing
my stay had some issues despite the central location the noise was noticeable i was on the third floor the soundproofing seemed inadequate especially from street activity late at night also the lack of coffee in the room was disappointing i had to pay extra for it at reception that detail reduced the convenience expected for the price

poor sound insulationslamming doors
the noise insulation was poor. i could hear street noise late at night. workers were emptying bins. the soundproofing between rooms is also inadequate, i could hear doors slamming and tvs from adjacent rooms. sleep was difficult to get.

Staff were friendly and also the breakfast was fine.
The room was not soundproof. Loud music came from other guests at night. I also heard many noises from other rooms, so sleep was hard to find.

The location was central. Many restaurants were nearby. It made accessing local businesses easy. I also appreciated how close it was to the beach promenade. The breakfast buffet had everything I needed. They even made eggs a la carte if I wanted. The fruit tasted delicious. The hotel also arranged a better rate for the public parking nearby. The staff was friendly. The front office staff and housekeeping all. I found Ayoub especially helpful during the night shift. He was the best!

The noise was difficult to ignore. The room faced the street , and sound insulation was poor. I could barely sleep because of the noise. I am unsure if I would return because of this.
